I am now munching on fresh fish and vegetables and drinking lots of water. I still drink the odd glass of cola but I now see the drink as poison in my body. I never contemplated drinking water, eating salads or going along with the idea of eating everything in moderation.My work buddies think I am crazy but I can't say enough good things about water!
